Reservation
Policy
Advance reservations are
recommended and can be made for a minimum of 3 nights, or by the
WEEK ONLY during the summer. We ask that your deposit check of 50%
of your rent and a $100 security deposit reach us within 7 days
after making reservations. A written confirmation and receipt will
be sent by return mail when your check arrives. The balance is due 2
weeks before your stay, to insure ample time for you to receive your
receipt and last minute instructions. Your security deposit will be
returned approximately 2 weeks after your departure, providing
everything is left as you found it.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded IF we
can re-rent the home. A $25 handling fee is deducted from all
refunded deposits.
Payment
We accept personal checks, cash, and traveler's checks, but we do
NOT accept credit cards.
Children
Children are welcome; one port-a-crib and one youth chair are
available.
Pets
NO pets are allowed. A local kennel is available for your use
nearby.
Camping
We do NOT allow camping on our property. There is a full-service
campground nearby for extra guests.
Gift Certificates
For a unique and thoughtful gift, a gift certificate can be
purchased by phone or mail. Available in any amount or for any
length of stay.
